Here’s What to Buy at Costco in March

There are a lot of exciting things coming up in March! My birthday, St. Patrick’s Day, my birthday, the fall of the country, my birthday, and at least one big ol’ trip to Costco to stock up on groceries to the month. What great fortune for us all that Costco is really pulling out all the stops for their favorite customer (me), and that I get to pass this info along to you (my favorite readers). From a new Costco cheesecake to bevs that come in balls, here’s what to buy at Costco this month—and don’t forget to pick up a little something for your favorite Costco correspondent (my birthday’s on the 12th, in case you were wondering).

Kevin’s Natural Foods Sichuan Chicken Green Bean Stir-Fry

The refrigerated section at Costco had been slacking a bit on my recent visits, but your boy Kevin is here to get things back on track. This Sichuan chicken green bean stir-fry looks like it has everything you need for a speedy weekday night dinner. At the very least, this is a nice complement to the hot dog combo you’re grabbing from the Costco food court on your way out the door.

O!MyFoods Double Baked Chili Mayo Baguette Chips

It’s my birthday month, so I get to throw in a selfish pick. I mean, I have a tattoo of a baguette and everything! But really, this is the perfect Costco snack to pick up for any shindigs you have coming up (on March 12, perhaps). These baguette chips—which look kinda like bagel chips—come coated in a spicy chile, onion, and mayo-flavored seasoning, but they’re sturdy enough that you can load them up with dip, too. We’ve even ranked the best Costco dips if you want to go that route.

Reese’s Peanut Butter Eggs

Undoubtedly, Reese’s Eggs are meant to be enjoyed on and around Easter. And Easter, as you might be aware, doesn’t arrive until the end of April. But we’re here to encourage you to enjoy seasonal Reese’s shapes even when they aren’t quite in season. You deserve to enjoy the finer things in life and there’s no finer form of Reese’s than the sleek and elegant egg. Buy three bags—one to stash away for Easter, one to eat now, and one just in case bag #1 doesn’t hold you over until late April.

Slice Healthy Soda

My TikTok FYP is full of people revolting over Poppi’s vending machine mishap. So perhaps it’s time to switch allegiances! Costco’s buyers might be eerily good with their timing, because they’re stocking the new-and-improved Slice Healthy Soda. Remember Slice? Like, from the ’80s? Well, the brand is back, but this time it’s packing prebiotics, probiotics, and postbiotics. My local Costco had two flavors: Lemon Lime and Orange. Make some room for this new bev in your fridge (or in your vending machine if you’re an influencer, I guess).

Irvins x Fly By Jing Chili Crisp Salmon Skin

The worst part about shopping at Costco is the daunting reality of buying in bulk. If you get something that sucks, it’s really going to suck having to find a way to get rid of it. Ideally, I love to find Sporked-approved products. While Sporked hasn’t endorsed these salmon skin chips, the team loves Fly By Jing’s products and Irvins salted egg chips, which recently got a shoutout from Nigel Ng, aka Uncle Roger, on the site. Suffice it to say, this snack should be worth that precious space in your cart (between all of my birthday gifts).

Kirkland Signature Tiramisu Cheesecake

I don’t know what’s in the air, but I’m hearing a lot of tiramisu slander being thrown around lately, including by Sporked’s very own Jordan Myrick and Justine Sterling in a recent on-camera taste test. I’m sick of it! Consider me logged on as a tiramisu defender. It looks as though Costco is on my side, because they’re pushing out a new tiramisu cheesecake to show their support. Tiramisu lovers rise up and get this at your nearest Costco to show just how much your heart bleeds beige and white for tiramisu!

A La Carte Cabbage, Potato, and Bacon Hash

This hash looks like it would be perfect St. Patrick’s Day breakfast to give the beer you’re about to slam something to settle into—or you can save it for the day after to help you recover from the crushing hangover coming your way. Probably best to get two to make sure you have all of your bases covered for the upcoming festivities.

BuzzBallz Tequila Rita Biggies

Hey look, BuzzBallz but big. You can grab one of these alcoholic orgs from Costco and bring it to my birthday party (which is Survivor-themed, naturally) and we can get absolutely trashed to celebrate me, your favorite Sporked contributor. Or you can sip and savor this on your own to help you escape the bleak hellscape we currently live in—a win whichever direction you choose to go in, honestly.
