Wow this is a great haul for the Fourth of July! What’s that, Costco? We’re talking about this after the long weekend everyone had after the Fourth? Well, that’s awkward. I suppose there are a number of summer barbecues on the horizon so we’ll still get some use out of your late offerings. Let’s talk about all the new things to drop at Costco this week that are still perfect for a July BBQ.

Ayoh! Dill Pickle Mayo
Molly Baz’s Ayoh! dill pickle mayo has found a permanent spot on the shelves of Costcos in a two-pack. We love to hear the news because this was one of our favorites when we tried the whole line of sauces! Inside you’ll find a mix of tiny bits of dill pickle, tons of fresh dill, a hint of Dijon mustard, some black pepper, and creamy mayo. It’s ultra dilly and tangy—like a fresh dill pickle.
Guy Fieri’s Flavortown Condiment Collection
We’re getting a lot of sauces this week! My dad Guy Fieri couldn’t let his celebrity chef coworker Molly have all the fun so he went and launched a three-pack of his signature condiments of his own. Inside you’ll find Guy’s Donkey Sauce (Garlic Aioli), Top Secret Sauce, and Kickin’ Chipotle Sauce for all your summer grilling needs.
Jongga Korean-Inspired Pickled Cucumbers
These Korean-inspired cucumbers from Costco are seasoned with red pepper, green pepper, garlic, and ginger, then fermented. This is a no-brainer for anyone who wants a kick of Korean cuisine to add to their dinner as a side dish or a topping on any bowls of rice, noodles, grilled meats, or sandwiches. Thank goodness this comes in a Costco-sized container because they’re bound to go fast!
Kirkland Signature Barbeque Platter
This BBQ platter really has it all. Inside you’ll get ribs, chicken wings, corn on the cob, potato salad, pickles, and pickled onions. The only thing I would change to make this barbeque platter from Costco better is to release it sooner!! This would have been an elite inclusion in our July 4th haul! Thankfully there are still plenty of uses for it past your 4th parties.
Kirkland Signature Marshmallow Crispy Cookie
Costco’s Kirkland Signature marshmallow crispy cookies are back once more this year. I can see why they’re coming back now. These are such a vibe for summer. You can enjoy them on their own right out of the packaging. Walk with me on this one, though. Imagine how life changing a s’more with these in place of the graham crackers? Heck, maybe just toast these over the fire. That seems like a hack in and of itself.
